Competitors names are not disclosed to the adjudicators, whose decision will be final. There can be no correspondence concerning the results which will be announced in the county media as the winners are notified.
No entrants may win more than one prize.
The copyright of each poem entered will remain with the author, who will grant the Memorial Poetry Prize Adjudicators permission to publish any winning poems it may decide in an anthology, or special collection.
